Shipping and Return
The preparation time for most items is 24/48 hours. If your order only contains products that can be delivered immediately and paid for before 12 noon, it can even be shipped the same day. The delivery time depends on the shipping service provider you selected and the destination country. Please note that the times given are only guidelines and correspond to individual working days, except on weekends and public holidays. We recommend that you combine several items in one order. Orders cannot be grouped together, and shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. The shipping costs include suitable packaging (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, protection inside the package, etc.), transport and possibly insurance and fees. The loading fees are fixed, with transport costs fluctuating depending on the total weight and size of the package.

The exact delivery time depends on the chosen shipping service provider and is usually 3 to 6 working days. All our items leave the warehouse with packaging in perfect condition. Should you nevertheless notice any damage during delivery, we would like to ask you to document this on the delivery note of the driver or the courier, whether in paper form or digitally (PDA), and to indicate "GOOD VISIBLY DAMAGED".
If you are still not satisfied, just contact us. After approval of the return, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be credited in a few days. Please send the return to the address given in the e-mail. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. Personalized items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, as well as incomplete sets and CD's / DVD's whose original seal has been removed are excluded from the return.
